Lithon Foundation – Project Supervision
Lithon Foundation provides overall project management and supervision by:
Supervising BEN Namibia throughout the implementation of the project.
Approving beneficiary selection to ensure bicycles reach the intended recipients.
Coordinating the logistics process from port arrival to final distribution.
Monitoring project progress, timelines and budget.
Ensuring transparency, accountability and responsible use of donor funds.
Reviewing distribution records and post-distribution monitoring data.
Evaluating project impact together with BEN Namibia.
Collecting and verifying project evidence, including photographs, beneficiary stories, statistics and short videos.
Reporting project results and impact to donors and funding partners.
